Autobahn Police Simulator 2 launched + First patch already available

At December 7th Autobahn Police Simulator 2 went live. Almost two years of work and efforts from the whole team went into this game which should be (and is) a big improvement compared to the first game.

Unfortunately all the unique, fresh and ambitous ideas are overshadowed by a big amount of bugs and issues. This is inexcusable, especially for ourselves. We want to apologise for this. But the team is working concentrated on bugfixes in order to tackle the issues one by one. In fact the first big update went already live over the weekend. You can be sure that this won’t be the last update. We have only just begun to improve the game bit by bit.

So please stay with us, give us and the game another chance. Autobahn Police Simulator 2 makes a lot of things different than other simulators and we think this is already visible. Please let us smooth this rocky start and help us to fix this so that you get the game experience you deserve.

    Hallo APS Team, ich kann seit dem Update meinen Spielstand nicht mehr öffnen. Was muss ich machen um es wieder herzustellen ? Gruß Dominic

    An sich recht gut, allerdings fehlen Betriebsumkehrstellen an denen nur Einsatzfahrzeuge wenden können, der AI-Traffic reagiert wenn überhaupt nur sehr schwach auf Sondersignale und man ist gezwungen riskante Slalomfahrten zwischen den diversen Fahrzeugen durchzuführen. Selbst AI-Polizeifahrzeuge bremsen mehr aus als daß sie zur Seite fahren um das mit Blaulicht daherkommende Einsatzfahrzeug durch zu lassen. Den Autobahnauffahrten fehlt ein Notstreifen über den man ausweichen könnte, so die Auffahrt verstopft ist. Der Beifahrer dient wohl nur der Zierde und um gelegentlich einmal etwas zum Besten zu geben. Anstatt dem aktiven Kollegen zu helfen steht er nur herum und tut nichts.
